Terms:

1. An adult or a 2 year old child is considered already as 1 pax.
2. Weekend starts from Friday to Sunday.
3. For negotiated rates falling below our regular rates, gas surcharges shall be added. (₱300 for 22 hr stay or ₱200 for overnight / daytime stay).

Additional Charges:

1. Time extension is allowed subject to availability and approval. A surcharge of 800 pesos per hour shall be billed for approved extension requests.
2. Surcharges may be applied for an event set-up by a 3rd party. Please advise us early if you will bring a band with electric guitars, sound system, and other mobile equipment requiring electrical plugs. Surcharge may range from ₱500 and up.

Daytime * 8am - 6pm
₱8,000 /weekday ₱10,000/weekend & Holiday
Overnight * 8pm - 6am
₱10,000 /weekday ₱15,000/weekend & Holiday
22 hours * am-am or pm-pm
₱15,000 /weekday ₱20,000/weekend & Holiday

Notes:

1. All beds are with fresh bedsheet and pillowcases. We don't provide extra linens, please bring yours should it be necessary.
2. Extra foldable beddings are available upon request, subject to surcharges.
